THE "POULET ROUGE X MONTRÉAL VICTOIRE" CONTEST (THE "CONTEST") IS ORGANIZED BY POULET ROUGE. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES (THE "RULES"). THIS CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR THE PWHL (AS THIS TERM IS DEFINED BELOW).

1.Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, entrants must: (i) be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; (ii) reside in Quebec; and (iii) comply with all the conditions outlined in these Rules. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, of Poulet Rouge, PWHL Hockey League Canada ULC or PWHL LeagueCo US LP (PWHL Hockey League Canada ULC and PWHL LeagueCoUS LP hereinafter collectively referred to as the
« PWHL ») or of their promotional agencies, the members of their respective immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible.
Entries must be submitted solely by the participant and must not infringe on the rightsof any third party. Maximum of one (1) entry per participant. Each participant may use only one (1) social media account to enter the Contest. Any attempt to: (i) submit more entries than allowed; (ii) use multiple names, identities, or accounts to participate; or (iii) use automated systems, scripts, macros, or other programmed means to enter or disrupt the Contest will result in the immediate disqualification of all associated entries.
Poulet Rouge reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility at any time, including requiring proof of identity, such as a valid government-issued ID. Failureto provide such proof within the prescribed time frame will result in the participant’s disqualification.

2.Contest Duration
The Contest begins on April 23, 2025, at 12:00PM (ET) and ends on April 27, 2025, at 12:00PM (ET) (the "Closing Date").

3.How to Enter
To participate, entrants must: (i) follow the Instagram or Facebook pages of Poulet Rouge (@Poulet.rouge) and Montréal Victoire (@victoire_lphf); (ii) comment on the official contest post with their favourite bowl from Poulet Rouge; and (iii) share the contest post to their story. All entries must be submitted before the Closing Date.

4.Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, including four (4) tickets to the game between Montréal Victoire and the Boston Fleet, scheduled for April28, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Place Bell (1950, Claude-Gagné Street, Laval, QC, H7N 0E4). This prize also includes a $100 virtual Poulet Rouge gift card, valid at participating locations in Quebec.
The approximate total value of the prize is $360.Tickets and the gift card will be sent by email to the address provided by the winner, courtesy of the Poulet Rouge Marketing team.

5.Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will take place on April 27, 2025, at 12:15 PM (ET). The winner's name will be announced in a story on Poulet Rouge’s Instagramand Facebook accounts. Poulet Rouge will contact the winner directly via the messaging platform where they entered the Contest (Instagram or Facebook). The winner will have 24 hours to respond and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind before being declared the winner. The winner will have to provide their email address to receive the prize. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question or refuses the prize for any reason, another participant will be selected through a new random draw, if time permits.

6.General Conditions
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted. Poulet Rouge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone violating the Rules or acting disruptively.

All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use which are not specifically included in the prize description above, including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7.Limitation of Liability and Publicity Waiver
a. Poulet Rouge is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-compliant entries.
b. By enteringthe Contest, each entrant agreesto (a) be bound by these Rules, and (b) waive any and all claims against Poulet Rouge, PWHL, their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Contest, receipt or use of the prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto. More specifically, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the winner, for themselves and on behalf of their guests, assume all risks associated with the game of hockey, including, without limitation, the risk of being injured by flying pucks, sticks and other objects, and all claims associated therewith including for injury or death.
c. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Poulet Rouge, PWHL and each of their respective designees the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
d. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by PWHL or its parents,governors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents and each of them is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest.
